Finsultants' advisory practice is led by its founder, Habeebulla Khan — a financial strategist with an engineer's grounding in how projects actually get built and run. Over a three-decade career spanning energy, infrastructure and business development, he has taken businesses from inception to profitability, structured long-term BOOT and BOT concession contracts worth hundreds of millions of dollars, and built the financial models behind 20–25 year infrastructure projects.

His financial work spans feasibility studies, IRR-based pricing, scenario and sensitivity modelling, investor-ready project reports, and turnaround diagnostics for businesses under stress — sharpened by years of direct P&L ownership, including building a power-rental business division from zero to sustained profitability.
